Attending to each individual's needs would be overwhelming for the Pastor* alone, which is why Elders are appointed to work alongside him.  They will be seen co-ordinating church programmes, making hospital and home visits, giving Bible studies, assisting in the quarterly Communion Service and offering prayer and support generally to both Pastor Anim and the members and friends of West Bletchley Church.
